About the Role

We are looking for a Tricentis Tosca Consultant with around 2 years of experience in test automation, preferably with exposure to SAP automation projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tosca test case design, automation execution, test data handling, and working with SAP business process automation scenarios.

This role is suitable for someone who has practical Tosca experience and wants to grow in SAP test automation, regression automation, and enterprise application quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Automate SAP business process scenarios across modules such as MM, SD, FI, EWM, or similar ERP processes.
• Work on Tosca components including Modules, Test Cases, Test Case Design, Execution Lists, Requirements, and Reporting.
• Create reusable Tosca modules and maintain automation assets.
• Execute automated regression test suites and analyze execution results.
• Support defect identification, logging, retesting, and coordination with functional teams.
• Work with test data requirements and support test data preparation using Tosca Test Data Management (TDM) concepts.
• Handle dynamic data, reusable test data, parameterization, buffers, recovery scenarios, and synchronization.
• Support SAP automation execution using Tosca best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, test managers, and automation leads.
• Maintain automation documentation, execution reports, and test evidence.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca Automation.
• Good understanding of Tosca Commander and automation framework.
• Experience in Tosca concepts such as:
  • Module creation and scanning
  • Test case design
  • Execution lists
  • Requirements mapping
  • Reusable TestStepBlocks
  • Buffers and dynamic values
  • Recovery scenarios
  • Synchronization and wait conditions
  • Test data parameterization
• Basic knowledge of Tosca Test Data Management (TDM).
• Experience in SAP or ERP automation is preferred.
• Good understanding of manual testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Ability to understand business process flows and convert them into automation scenarios.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP GUI automation using Tosca.
• Understanding of SAP transactions and end-to-end business process testing.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, EWM, or TM.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, qTest, ALM, or similar.
• Tricentis Tosca certification will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD or automation execution scheduling is a plus.
