The Opportunity
We are hiring SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for enterprise client engagements in Mangalore.
This role involves working on HR transformation programs, supporting implementation, enhancements, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Assist in requirement gathering and solution design with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across HR processes
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Ensure smooth system adoption and post-go-live stabilization
- Assist in documentation and knowledge transfer activities
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR business processes
- Basic experience in configuration or support activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Willingness to work in structured client environments
Desired
- Certification or training in SAP SuccessFactors
- Exposure to implementation or support projects
- Understanding of HR lifecycle processes
