The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis and Security GRC Consultant to support enterprise client engagements in Mangalore.

This role focuses on ensuring secure access, governance, and compliance across SAP S/4HANA environments. You will work on business-critical systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage access controls, mitigate risks, and ensure audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP access risk analysis and identify sensitive transactions
• Ensure prevention of segregation of duties conflicts
• Validate user access aligned with business roles and requirements
• Design and manage SAP roles including single, composite, and derived roles
• Handle user administration and authorization troubleshooting using SU53 and SUIM
• Conduct periodic user and role access reviews
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards
• Manage role transports across development, quality, and production systems
• Support SAP Fiori security and secure critical business transactions
• Assist in SAP BASIS administration and system monitoring

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA security and SAP BASIS
• Experience in segregation of duties risk analysis and role design
• Knowledge of audit compliance and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori security
• Understanding of transport management system and client control concepts
• Ability to work in structured enterprise environments

Desired

• Experience in SAP GRC access control
• SAP security or BASIS certifications
• Exposure to audit-driven environments and compliance programs
