Who we are

Rufouss Global ERP & Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Rufouss”, “we”) is an SAP Quality Engineering firm incorporated in India in 2019. We are the data fiduciary for the information described here.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Client enquiries — name, work email, company and the message you send through the contact form.
• Candidate applications — name, email, phone, SAP skill, experience, notice period and the CV you upload.
• Site usage — anonymous analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not use your information to train any model.

Why we use it

Client enquiry details are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Candidate details are used to consider you for roles and to contact you about them. That is all.

Sharing your information

We never share a candidate profile with a client without asking you first. We do not sell personal data to anyone. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — email and hosting — and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Client enquiries: up to 24 months from our last contact. Candidate profiles: up to 24 months, after which we delete them or ask whether you would like us to keep them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email contact@rufouss.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or your local supervisory authority in the EU or UK.

Security

Uploaded CVs are stored with restricted access and are not published anywhere on this website. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We keep access limited to the people who need it to do the work.

International transfers

Rufouss operates from India and works with clients in other countries. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so only as needed to deliver a service or consider you for a role, and under appropriate safeguards.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
