Is this program fully online?
Yes. The Rufouss Academy ERP Capability Program is conducted via live online video sessions. You can participate from anywhere. Offline batches are also available at our Bengaluru Training Center for those who prefer in-person learning.
Is there any fee for the Starter track?
The Starter track is completely free of charge — no payment required to join and begin learning. Advanced and Expert tracks have fees, which are transparently communicated only after your initial evaluation, based on your profile and track selected.
Do I need prior ERP or SAP knowledge?
No prior ERP or SAP experience is required for the Starter track. It is designed from the ground up for freshers and career switchers. A genuine interest in understanding how enterprise businesses operate is all you need to get started.
How long is the program and how much time do I need daily?
The program spans 45 structured days organized into weekly modules. Each week builds on the previous. We recommend 1–2 hours of daily engagement — combining live sessions, guided practice, and self-study — to get the maximum benefit from the program.
What is the difference between Starter, Advanced, and Expert tracks?
The Starter track introduces business process fundamentals and basic ERP awareness — free of charge. The Advanced track involves deeper, hands-on ERP practice with guided scenarios and structured assignments. The Expert track is for those pursuing advanced capability in enterprise systems and AI automation thinking. All three tracks share the same quality of mentorship; the distinction is depth and intensity.
What business processes will I learn?
You will learn the major enterprise business process flows including Source-to-Pay (S2P) covering procurement and vendor management, Order-to-Cash (O2C) covering sales and collections, Plan-to-Produce (P2P) covering manufacturing and planning, and Record-to-Report (R2R) covering finance and accounting. You will also learn how these processes integrate across departments in a real ERP environment.
What ERP systems will I work with?
The program is built around SAP — the world's most widely used ERP system — delivered by experienced SAP consultants with deep implementation backgrounds. The concepts and process thinking you develop are applicable across major ERP platforms. Specific system access and practice environments are shared during onboarding based on your enrolled track.
Will I receive a certificate on completion?

Is there placement or job support after the program?
